Rental Rules

 

Listed below are our rules and requirements regarding our rentals.  If you have any questions please contact us  to find out more.

 

  1. ​The rent and deposit are two separate charges.  The rent price is what the client pays for the privilege of renting an item.  The deposit is a separate amount that ensures that the client will bring back the rented item in good condition and in a timely manner.

  2. The deposit has to be cash and handed in on the day of pick-up.  It will be returned to the client when the client brings back the rented item.

  3. The rented item has to be returned in the same condition it was given to the client.  Meaning, no bows or tulle may be removed from the wicker chairs, and no food, gum or grease stains on any of the rental items.

  4. The client must present a valid picture ID that displays their current address when renting an item,

  5. The client must have their receipt when picking up a rented item.

  6. The rented item has to be picked-up and returned during the time periods stated below.

    Pick-ups on Friday can take place anytime from 10:00am to 6:45pm.

    Pick-ups on Saturday can take place anytime from 10:00am to 6:45pm.

    Pick-ups on Sunday can take place anytime from 10:00am to 2:45pm.

     

    If pick-up was Friday, then returns take place on Saturday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

    If pick-up was Saturday, then returns take place on Sunday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

    If pick-up was Sunday, then returns take place Monday from 1:30pm to 6:45pm.

  7. If the client needs the rented item for a longer period of time than allotted, contact us.

  8. Holidays may impact the pick-up and return schedule.

  9. If the rented item is not returned on time or is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to keep a percentage of the deposit or the entire deposit, depending on circumstances. 

  10. Orders canceled within 7 days of scheduled pick-up are non-refundable.  Orders canceled more than 8 days before scheduled pick-up can be given store credit.

  11. Unless specifically asked for, we do not deliver or return the items to the store.  The rent prices do not include delivery or returns (except for the canopy).  If the client wants this additional service, it will come at additional charge based on location.

  12. If the client requests delivery and return, the rented item will be left at the front door.  It is the client's responsibility to take the rented item inside their venue or home.  It is also the client's responsibility to bring the rented item to the front door for returns.

  13. We cannot take orders over the phone or put aside any rental items.  Please pay us a visit in order to place an order.

  14. We accept Visa and Mastercard.  We do not give any cash refunds nor do we refund credit cards. Deposits are non-refundable.
